Delete Your Account
Request permanent deletion of your GoiSmile account and all associated data.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
What will be deleted
- Your account credentials (email and password)
- Your profile information (name, date of birth, phone, address, country, city)
- Your medical history (allergies, medications, conditions, notes)
- Your uploaded profile photo
- Your appointments, including past and future bookings
- All your messages with dentists
- All your reviews and ratings
- Your selected medical aid provider
A record of the deletion request (your email and a timestamp) is retained for 90 days for audit purposes, then permanently erased.
